TRAINING PROGRAMS 

BODYWEIGHT
The Bodyweight training plan is for all fitness levels. It does not require any equipment and offers modifications for all movements making it a great starting place for people new to working out. It is also able to be used for advanced people who like to push themselves and progress their mobility and bodyweight strength. 

DUMBBELL + BAND
The Dumbbell + Band training plan is for all fitness levels and can be done at home or at the gym. You will want a variety of dumbbell weights from light to heavy, open resistance bands, and closed resistance bands (closed cloth bands work best). There are modifications as needed. You will focus on building strength and becoming your strongest self yet. 

BARBELL + DUMBBELL 
The Barbell + Dumbbell training plan is for all fitness levels. It can be done at the gym or at home if you have a squat rack and light to heavy dumbbells. There are modifications for barbell movements if your goal is to work up to barbells. You will be confident in progressing your lifts week by week and your strength overall. 
NUTRITION 
The ultimate goal of the nutrition protocols is to guide unit members to FOOD FREEDOM. 

Food freedom is when you have the capability of not having to obsess over calories, feel guilt around what and how you eat, and being able to have habits that support you being healthy and strong without it feeling miserable. 

You are provided an extensive amount of resources for meal planning, preparation, education, and mental / emotional coaching geared towards eating habits and behaviors. 

There is an optional 3 week program that begins the first Monday of every month called Nutrition: 4 Me which digs deeper into your current behaviors, thoughts, and relationship with food. 
COMMUNITY 

One of the biggest fundamental values of MISSION: 4 ME is that you are NOT in this alone! 

There is a private group chat where we communicate daily with all unit members and have a seperate group specifically for moms and all things mom life. 

You have the capability to direct message Coach Em for any individual questions or insights needed. 

There are weekly in-person meetings at the Maumee location at 4PM, 5PM, and 6PM available. 

There are 2 accountability checks every week on Monday and Thursday. 

There are consistent promotion ceremonies with people ranking up on training block completions, milestone shout outs, and form focused workshops. 

Along with all the fitness journey related community support - there's FUN! Monthly social events bring the unit members together outside of just "fit talk". We truly are building a village together and providing support that we ALL need!
