The ultimate goal of the nutrition protocols is to guide unit members to FOOD FREEDOM.
Food freedom is when you have the capability of not having to obsess over calories, feel guilt around what and how you eat, and being able to have habits that support you being healthy and strong without it feeling miserable.
You are provided an extensive amount of resources for meal planning, preparation, education, and mental / emotional coaching geared towards eating habits and behaviors.
There is an optional 3 week program that begins the first Monday of every month called Nutrition: 4 Me which digs deeper into your current behaviors, thoughts, and relationship with food.
